Modwena is a beautiful three bedroom cottage in the lovely town of Yarmouth, only a few minutes walk to the village centre and historic pier. Yarmouth is home to many boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, Modwena is the perfect base to relax and enjoy this lovely part of the Island. The ground floor charming and comfortable, with two sitting rooms so there is more than enough space, an open plan layout of the kitchen/dining room is light and spacious with bi-folding doors side from the dining-area to the enclosed patio so dining inside or outside is an option. All the bedrooms are on the first floor, and all decorated to a high standard. There are two doubles one with a TV and a twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom also, with a bath and separate shower. Yarmouth's cobbled streets and charm make it a really special place, with bike paths running alongside the nature reserves, the pier and a very good ice cream shop! There are so many beaches to choose from which are all within easy reach of the cottage, Colwell Bay and Freshwater Bay to name a couple.
